Established in 2013, The Red Fern is a 100% vegan, plant-based restaurant w/ dine-in table service, takeout and delivery via third-party GrubHub & DoorDash. Order online for pickup here!
Our menu is American-style sandwiches, salads, appetizers, entrees, fresh juices, smoothies, beer & wine. We serve plant-based versions of the classics – nachos, mac & cheese, quesadilla, caesar salad, steak bomb sandwich, etc. Check out our daily specials on Facebook & Instagram stories.
We cater to folks with food allergies. Please notify your server if you need allergy-friendly or special diet prep. We offer allergy-friendly menus for gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, onion-free, garlic-free, oil-free, etc. and can accommodate many other special dietary needs.
A MUST TRY – our healthy version of Rochester’s notorious Garbage Plate – The Compost Plate! And save room for our housebaked desserts! 😉
We also offer catering, wholesale items and special order desserts (whole cakes, cupcakes, pastry trays, etc) from our bakery.
We’re open Tuesdays thru Thursdays 11am – 9pm and Fridays & Saturdays 11am – 9:30pm. Holiday & vacation closures will be posted on our social media and website when applicable.
We have a small dining room that requires navigating six steps down, basement level. We offer outdoor seating in the spring & summer months, weather permitting. Reservations are *always* recommended.
Free parking is available in our back lot from 11am – 5pm on business days. After 5pm, parking is street-only.
