We’re soooo grateful for this recognition 🙏 It takes A LOT to operate a high-volume restaurant out of a tiny lil’ basement in ROC, NY!! We love our team of 35 amazing staff who help cook, prep, bake, serve, clean, promote, manage, shop for and organize this operation. These hardworking folks put all the pieces in place to keep everything running smoothly! 🙌🫶🙏
